Rental community sells for over $22M

BUCKLEY, Pierce County — A single-family housing rental community at 11227 241st Ave. Court E. sold in late July for over $22.5 million, according to Pierce County records.

The seller was Mount Rainier Heights LLC. That's an entity of Desimone Enterprises, which either developed or assembled Mount Rainier Heights over past decades. The county lists at least two dozen individual parcels.
