Green Lake infill takes shape

The midblock site is walkable both to Green Lake and Roosevelt Station.

Things are moving swiftly at 6519 Fourth Ave. N.E., a little east of Green Lake, where an old six-plex sold this spring to a pair of local investors. Apartment plans soon emerged for a larger project, although it's still small enough to duck design review.
