An office-to-resi conversion … in Issaquah? Yes, Issaquah

Looking north, Costco owns the northernmost of the trio. Vintage may buy the other two.

Vintage Housing specializes in affordable housing and affordable senior housing. Based in Southern California, it's a regular presence in our market. Last year, unnoticed by all, it filed a two-building office-to-residential conversion plan at the ParQ office park in Issaquah. The two empty buildings at 21925-21933 S.E. 51st St. are owned by Kennedy Wilson. That's east of Lake Sammamish State Park, and a little north of Interstate 90.
