New on the market: the Old Rainier Brewery

The complex last traded, in a different form, in 2003. It’s since been heavily modified, with some separately owned new additions.

There are two historic Rainier Beer plants: the older south one in Georgetown, and the (slightly) newer one to the north in SoDo. We speak to you now of the latter, the Old Rainier Brewery complex at 3100 Airport Way S., so prominent from the freeway with its red neon R on top.
