New web tool offers faster response for Seattle rental regulation questions

Seattle's Department of Construction and Inspections (SDCI) has launched a new online resource designed to help landlords, housing providers and property managers get guidance on the city's rental housing regulations.

The new “Submit a Request” webpage (https://sdci.zendesk.com/hc/en-us/requests/new) offers a dedicated access point for landlord code questions and is intended to provide responses within 48 hours.
