Sofa shop set for King Street Crossing

Scheduled to open in 2027, Joseph Wayne Designs will offer luxury Italian furniture brands, like Baxter (shown here).

The west-facing retail bays at 450 Alaskan Way. S. have been empty since that building opened in 2017. Blame that first on the viaduct, which wasn't removed until 2019, and the ensuing pandemic.
