40 Tacoma units trade for over $8M

TACOMA — An apartment building at 901 E. 72nd St. sold this week for about $8.7 million, according to Pierce County records.

The seller was Legacy Ridge IR LLC, which acquired the property in 2020 for $5.9 million.
