Oak Harbor retail sells for $12M

OAK HARBOR — The Island Plaza shopping center, at 31565 state Route 20, sold last month for $12 million, according to buyer SimonCRE, which announced the deal media.

Puget Sound Business Journal first reported the trade. Brokers were not disclosed.
