Once intended for Seagen, Dermody sells empty biotech plant for $78M

Seagen, now part of Pfizer, never occupuied the building. Interiors are clean and tenant-ready.

A vacant, new and purpose-built pharmaceutical manufacturing building, at 215 Shuksan Way (a little east of Mukilteo), sold in late July for $78 million. Snohomish Country only recently recorded the deal. The seller, via an LLC, was developer Dermody Properties. It acquired the site as part of a larger land deal back circa 2019.
