108 Eastgate units are leasing, following motel conversion

Sage purchased the motel two years ago.

Just east of the Michael's car dealerships in Bellevue, on the north side of Interstate 90, the Bellevue Ridge apartments debuted last November without much fanfare. Passing by the Eastgate property, at 3241 156th Ave. S.E., you might not immediately spot the 108-unit project — since it's the same old two-story building that used to be a Quality Inn.
