Yesler Towers' second building nabs TCO, and is now leasing its additional 157 units

Completion of the south tower brings the total unit count to 352.

You can't miss it from the freeway. At Yesler Terrace, Su Development's eye-catching, two-building Yesler Towers looms over the northbound lanes of Interstate 5. At 809 S. Washington St., people began renting apartments two years ago in the north tower.
