Loyal Heights infill gains detail

The project would replace a small old house.

Plans emerged in June for a small new apartment building at 8345 26th Ave. N.W. , but details were then scant. CB Anderson Architects is working with Nyconco Development, which owns the corner site, at 85th Street.
