Des Moines motel finds new hands

By JOURNAL STAFF

DES MOINES — A Travel Inn at 26225 Pacific Hwy. S. sold last week for $3.9 million, according to King County records.

The seller was Des Moines Investment LLC, which acquired the property in 2019 for $2.5 million.
