Empty Renton Rite Aid getting a makeover

No changes are planned to the building shell.

Back in March, as the DJC then reported, MultiCare Health System purchased a vacant Rite Aid store, at 3116 N.E. Sunset Blvd. in Renton. That's in the Highlands area, a little north of the new Solera and Astra apartments. Plans were then underway to convert the building into a new outpatient emergency treatment center.
