Panattoni nears finish line on big industrial project in Des Moines

The building in mid-July, now nearing completion

Brokers now list Sept. 1 as the availability date for Des Moines Creek Business Park West. That's a new speculative industrial building from Panattoni Development, working on a ground lease from the Port of Seattle.
