Instead of 134 Redmond units, a vacant tire shop turns to tots?

The former tire shop, pictured years ago, still appears to be in decent shape.

Goodman Real Estate acquired a Redmond property, a little north of downtown, back in 2019. The intent? A new apartment building, of course. The empty former Goodyear tire shop, at 16101 N.E. 87th St., is today about an 18-minute walk south to Downtown Redmond Station. So it's a TOD site, but not super TOD.
