Lunara, with 146 units, opens to renters on Mercer Island

Light rail is but a short walk away; Met Market is even closer.

During the past two-odd years of construction at 7750 S.E. 29th St., in the Town Center area of Mercer Island, Lunara became the moniker for the apartments rising there. The city issued a temporary certificate of occupancy for the building last month, and the leasing website went live this spring.
