TCO arrives for 24 Capitol Hill units, with leasing effort to follow?

A DJC visit this week found no leasing signage outside.

Builder BMDC began work two summers ago at 1410 E. Howell St. on Capitol Hill. There, BIG Management had earlier purchased a small old 11-unit building on the corner of 14th Avenue. It was later demolished, and Public47 Architects secured the MUP for a five-story, 24-unit replacement.
