Empty Rite Aid could become Golden Arches

The former Rite Aid store, in all its neon glory.

On Capitol Hill, there were rumors and incomplete city filings in February that McDonald's might lease the empty former Rite Aid space at 201 Broadway E. That's kitty corner to Capitol Hill Station, on the hill's main commercial drag. Capitol Hill Seattle Blog was first to report the inklings. Since then? Crickets.
