Waterton pays $155M for Arrivé, with its 344 Belltown units — but not the hotel below

Sellers Molasky and Binjiang acquired the project a decade ago, while under construction.

The Arrivé apartments, at 2116 First Ave. in Belltown, had its first sale this week, almost exactly 12 years after the 42-story project broke ground. King County recorded the $155 million deal on Thursday.
