164 Lynnwood units sell for $53M

The garden apartments are near Lake Serene, with a Safeway a short drive away.

The Woodcreek Apartments, at 14611 Admiralty Way in Lynnwood, sold last week for $53 million, according to Snohomish County records. The seller was TLUS Rise Picnic Point LP, which is associated with Rise Properties Trust and Tokyu Land US Corp. Rise acquired the garden apartments in 2015 for $33.1 million.
