Twelve months ago, the DJC first reported on Trammell Crow Residential's plan to put a new apartment building on a Bellevue office parking lot near East Main Station. The proposal for the 9-acre Gateway One property, at 11400 S.E. Eighth St., gained steam this past May. Recent permit filings add fresh detail.
