Intuitive Health to build in W. Seattle

SEATTLE — As the DJC reported in February, a vacant former CHI Franciscan clinic at 4550 Fauntleroy Way S.W. had attracted the attention of some new medical operator, name unknown.

Permit filings last week disclose it to be Intuitive Health, of Texas, which operates freestanding emergency rooms and urgent-care facilities across the county.
