Goodman sells Redmond site

REDMOND — A downtown commercial building, once bound for redevelopment, sold last week for a little over $6.5 million, according to King County records.

The seller was Goodman Real Estate, which acquired the property via an LLC in 2019 for $7.2 million. Working with Grouparchitect, Goodman had once planned a five-story, 134-unit apartment project at 16101 N.E. 87th St.
