In SLU, Vulcan is selling the 149 apartments at its Lakefront Blocks

Helm has 79 units above the separate Google-leased offices.

Back in 2019, Vulcan Real Estate debuted the first two portions of its three Lakefront Blocks in South Lake Union. Google had by then leased the lower office portions of the middle and east blocks, with 149 luxury apartments above. (The west block remains bare slab.)
