Bothell Ski & Bike building sold

KENMORE — A commercial building at 8020 N.E. Bothell Way sold this week for a little over $2.1 million, according to King County records.

The seller was Ethament LLC, which acquired the property in 2009 for $945,000. That LLC is associated with the three owners of Bothell Ski & Bike, which relocated there after that purchase. The shop was founded in 1989, and was previously located about a mile east in Bothell.
