Steel plant sells for over $5M

SEATTLE — An industrial complex at 8155 First Ave. S. sold this week for a little over $5.3 million, according to King County records.

The seller was Standard Steel Fabricating, which had owned the 2-acre property for decades. It was developed in 1949 and 1951.
