Safeway pays $4M for gas station

SEATTLE — A Safeway-branded gas station at 4115 S.W. Admiral Way sold this week for $4 million, according to King County records.

The seller was 4115 Admiral LLC, a family group that had owned the corner property for decades. It's a few steps north of the Safeway at 2622 California Ave. S.W.
