Washington Holdings to sell big portfolio in Silicon Valley

We have a number. Unfortunately, it isn't the price. Based in London, Lone Star Funds announced last week that it would partner with two other investors to acquire a 2.2 million-square-foot tech portfolio in Silicon Valley.
