Senior community in Kent sells for $24M

KENT — A senior community with nursing care, at 24121 116th Ave. S.E., sold last week for a bit over $24 million, according to King County records.

The seller was KRE Tiger Arbor Village LLC, associated with Cascade Living Group of Bothell and Kohlberg Kravis Roberts, which acquired the property in 2018 for $40.7 million.
