SEATTLE — Nine years ago, SkB Architects sold its corner office property in Belltown to local investors. The firm has since continued to lease its two small old buildings at 2333 Third Ave., on the corner of Battery Street.
The Bellevue investors, doing business as Hot Rain LLC, have a rough plan for a 14-story, 226-unit apartment project. It's been dormant for the past four years, with no permits issued. ZO Architecture was attached to that.
