LDS church trades for $6M

SEATTLE — A church at 9500 Myers Way S.sold last week for $6 million, according to King County records.

The seller was the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints (LDS). It put several churches on the block back in April, as the DJC first reported. A few have since sold to other faith groups.
