Kent warehouse sells for over $12M

KENT — An industrial property at 6412 S. 190th St. sold last week for $12.5 million, according to King County records. Based in Denver, the seller was 190 Building LLC, which had owned the property for decades.

The buyer was Constellation Properties LLC, which is associated with ABW Technologies, an aerospace firm with a facility in Arlington. Public records indicate a loan from Washington Trust Bank.
