Movers & Markets: CREDA WA looks to 2027 ... and beyond?

Formerly known as NAIOP, CREDA Washington has its next breakfast gathering on Sept. 17. The panel discussion will be a crystal ball forecast for the industry, “a look ahead at a volatile yet opportune development landscape that continues to be impacted by both macroeconomic and public policy headwinds,” per the host. The event begins at 8 a.m. at the Hyatt at Olive 8. The four panelists will be Tony Toppenberg from Hudson Pacific Properties, Christa Chambers of Ryan Cos., Mark Washington from Walker & Dunlop and Holland Partner Group's Ray Connell.
