Ryan has MUP for 199 units in SLU

SEATTLE — Ryan Companies owns an old South Lake Union office building at 425 Pontius Ave. N., acquired at a big discount last December.

It also now has a master use permit for the 199 apartments to rise atop the underground parking garage — once the old building is removed. The MUP came last month. Weber Thompson is designing the new seven-story project.
