Mill Creek opens Modera Bridle Trails, with 369 units and Pagliacci companion

The leasing website is active for the large midrise building in the south end of the Rose Hill neighborhood.

Two summers back, Mill Creek Residential announced the groundbreaking in Kirkland for its Modera Bridle Trails apartments. On the site of the former TechCity Bowl, at 13033 N.E. 70th Place, that project is done and now leasing its 369 units.
