First look: Urban League's affordable TOD

    The project numbers and program have shifted a bit on the bare block owned by the Urban League of Metropolitan Seattle, at 2009 Rainier Ave. S. That's a 1.2-acre trapezoid site, about a nine-minute walk north to Judkins Park Station, once occupied by a Burger King, 7-Eleven and Baskin-Robbins.
