Walgreens sells for $4M in Federal Way

By JOURNAL STAFF

FEDERAL WAY — A Walgreens-leased building at 28817 Military Road S. sold this week for just over $4 million, according to King County records.

The seller was LACW Federal Way LLC, a California acquired the property in 2014 for about $6.7 million.
