Metrica and Cone Architecture designed the corner building at North 42nd Street.

Acting as its own builder, Coombes Development broke ground two summers ago on the Fremont apartment building, newly opened as StoneRow. That five-story, 80-unit project at 4205 Stone Way N. is now leasing, with its website live.
