Concord Pacific begins pre-leasing Seattle House

Now going by a slightly different address, 2340 Sixth Ave., Seattle House is the huge two-tower apartment project nearing completion in the Denny Triangle. A temporary certificate of occupancy hasn't yet been issued for its 1,131 units.
