Fred Hutch pays $18M for offices

By JOURNAL STAFF

FEDERAL WAY — A vacant office building at 32275 32nd Ave. S. sold this week for $18 million, according to King County records.

The buyer was the Fred Hutchinson Cancer Center. No new plans have been filed for the building. Fred Hutch said its use should be announced next year.
