In for $97M, out for $12M, as BGO sells the Plaza 600 building

Vance Corporation developed the tower in 1969; it was renovated three years ago.

A few months before the pandemic struck, in December 2019, the Plaza 600 office building changed hands in a $97 million recapitalization deal. Local partner Urban Renaissance Group then retained a stake in the 20-story tower at 600 Stewart St., in the Denny Triangle, with BGO being the new majority owner.
