Ardagh Glass plant to be demolished for yard space

At the old Ardagh Glass plant, three buildings will remain, seven will be scraped.

New on the market: Emerald City Yards. What's that? A 12.7-acre triangle in the Duwamish area, at 5801 E. Marginal Way S., where the Ardagh Glass plant closed two years ago.
