Amazon-leased building sold for nearly $32M

RENTON — An industrial property at 1905 Raymond Ave. S.W. sold last week for just under $31.8 million, according to King County records.

The seller was Western B Northwest WA LLC. That's now an entity of Link Logistics (a Blackstone company) which acquired the property in 2010 for about $7.8 million.
