Kent warehouse sells for over $10M

KENT — An industrial building at 1200 Second Ave. N. sold last week for almost $10.5 million, according to King County records.

The seller was IC Industrial REIT, associated with Canadian firm Ivanhoe Cambridge It acquired the property in 2017 for $10.1 million as part of a larger three-building portfolio sale.
