12 Eastlake units find new hands

By JOURNAL STAFF

SEATTLE — An apartment building at 2220 Eastlake Ave. E. sold last week for just over $3.5 million, according to King County records. The seller was Farin Brothers Properties LLC, which acquired the property as part of a larger 2013 portfolio sale.

The buyer was Casa Verde Apartments LLC, which is associated with a local investor.
