Renton warehouse sells for over $19M

By JOURNAL STAFF

RENTON — An industrial property at 933 Thomas Ave. S.W. sold this week for $19.6 million, according to King County records.

The seller was IC Industrial REIT, associated with Ivanhoe Cambridge, which acquired the building in 2017 for almost $15.2 million.
