Retail pair sells for over $7M

KENT — Two components of a Safeway-anchored shopping center sold last week for over $7.1 million, according to King County records.

The seller was a Bellevue investor, via two LLCs, who acquired the separate parcels in 2008 and 2009 for $5 million.
