63 Kitsap units sell for over $10M

SILVERDALE — An apartment complex at 9896 Enterprise Lane N.W. sold last month for about $10.2 million, according to Kitsap County records.

The seller was Eichler Enterprises LLC, which acquired the land in 1989 for $2 million. (That was apparently prior to development.) Spencer Ingrim at Greene Commercial was the broker on that side of the deal.
