Proposed 301 Virginia data center gains more detail, with public meeting ahead

The situation today, overlooking Third.

Would-be developer Digital Realty calls it Block 50. Most of us think of it as the former downtown Bed, Bath & Beyond. Its interim tenant is Cannonball Arts, on a short lease. Clise Properties owns a full city block that includes 301 Virginia St.; that's the larger north end of the block, with a parking garage over retail.
